Some of the best American food I think I’ve ever had. The burger was AMAZING. The vibe was very fun but I could tell it was also family friendly. Service from Ella was amazing. Felt very welcome here.
Coming in as put of towers who love finding locally owned establishments to support we felt welcomed and liked we'd been visiting for years! Coldest beer in the county!
Stopped by Brandy’s for lunch and so glad we did! Thank you to Ella for such warm service and a delicious meal. We’re from out of town but I can tell this is the place to be.
Made a stop on the way back from a day of biking the Parklands of Floyd Parks. Fried Green Tomatoes, 10/10, best I have ever had. The lite batter and the taste of the tomato was amazing. Burgers with tots and onion rings, fantastic!!! Will definitely visit again. Thanks BrandyJodie
Our visit to The Boondocks was truly memorable, thanks to Brandy's exceptional hospitality. From the moment we placed our orders, her warmth and friendliness made us feel like valued guests. Her recommendation of the tank burger was spot-on; it was not only enormous but also incredibly delicious. The catfish dinner exceeded all expectations, outshining any other catfish dishes I've tried. All of it paired well with Brandy's sauce—it added an extra burst of flavor to every bite. With Brandy's assurance that we wouldn't leave hungry, we dug into our meals eagerly and left no crumb behind with smiles and full stomachs. We can't wait to return for more of Brandy's hospitality and the spectacular food.
Friendly service, good “home cooking,” fun decor (so many sloths!), and a peaceful, sprawling outdoor space make this a must-stop if you’re in the area. If you’re not in the area and want to take a little drive for good food, check them out! I hear that they have “amazing”chicken and dumplings on Thursdays, according to the regular patrons. I’m glad that drove a little out of my way to have a delicious, filling lunch.
Cool place off the beaten path. Food was yummy and it was very reasonably priced. My husband & son split the Tank burger with tots, I got a normal burger with onion rings and my other son got the patty melt with mac n cheese. Everyone was very happy with their food.
I'm so lucky to stop here and experience the America #1 burger. I can say this place is a real hidden gem restaurant. The cheese burger here is better than any burger I had in New York City, Las Vegas, and Chicago. It was a worthful reward for getting out the wrong exit while I was heading to Louisville, Kentucky. The server is kind and warm welcoming.
